PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Given the current situation, prevailing government guidelines and restrictions in both the shipping and delivery areas will impact orders placed and their corresponding delivery schedules. Please connect with us on email or via our customer care details, for assistance.
We only provide a local delivery option, for Bangalore. All orders are processed in chronological order, as received. Stocks are freshly prepared and only delivered on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, between 2pm and 5pm.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated during the checkout process, and are dependent on the distance from our Business dispatch address. All applicable final charges will be displayed during the checkout process, including discounts, if present.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is out for delivery, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and shipping agent details – you can track the order directly via their website.
Given the nature of the product(s) on our website, our delivery partner will attempt delivery once, and will contact you directly at the time of delivery. For safety in the current situation, contactless delivery may be necessary and/or enforced by our delivery partner, so please ensure you pick up your delivery immediately, to ensure freshness of the food. Please also ensure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number, to help with prompt and accurate delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT
We accept all major debit and credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
