How do I register on your website?

Click on the Sign In link on the top right corner of the home page, provide your information and review our Terms of Use to Register.

Do I have to register, to make a purchase?

No, you can browse, add to cart and make a purchase without actually registering on the website. However, you will need to fill in basic information such as your email, billing and shipping address and phone number, to actually place an order. We use this data as per the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy information you can find on our website.

How do I reset my password?

Click on the Sign In link on the top right corner of the home page, and provide your email id. Click on Sign In. Click on Forgot Password and follow normal procedures to change your password.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled on your end.

However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders, at any point in time for errors in pricing, availability or kitchen capacity. In situations such as these, we will contact you with notification of such cancellation and you will be automatically refunded as per Payment Gateway conditions.

How do I get a refund on an order cancelled by you?

You will be automatically refunded, and your cancelled order amount returned to your account as per regular payment gateway Terms of Use. This is typically within 7 working days of the order having been cancelled.

Please contact us using the form on our website (or in response to your order confirmation email) if you have not received your refund, so we can follow up with the payment gateway as well.

What is your delivery time?

Since all our products are made fresh, to order, we can take up to 48 hours to fulfil an order.

Note that delivery periods are approximate only and may vary. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, however, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by ordering late. In the event of a late service delivery, the service delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Mommy’s Health Kitchen.

How can I track an order?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and delivery agent details – you can track the order directly via their website.

Can I make changes to my order?

No, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you want to add something to your order, please give us a call at +9198451 04987

If we are able to accommodate your request, based on kitchen capacity, we’ll let you know. You would then need to place a new order, and send us your Invoice Number, so we know to club your order(s) together for delivery. Please note, shipping/ delivery and other applicable charges would be calculated per order placed.

Can I return a product?

Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please contact us using the form on our website. Also see our Terms of Use and Privacy policies for more details.

All Mommy’s Health Kitchen products are made in India, with locally sourced ingredients.
